Art (part 2)
Putting a positive spin on things seems to run in the family. I was browsing my brother's site on flickr when I came across this picture:
Anybody who has ever been bullied cringes when they see sneakers on a telephone line. My brother? Makes them into a work of art.

Someone once told me that shoes hanging on wires like this, in back alleys for example, are a sign of gang activity in the neighbourhood - turf marking like piss on a fire hydrant! So bullying taking a bit further.
It sparked quite a bit of discussion on my brother's site so he did a bit of research and came up with this link: http://www.snopes.com/crime/gangs/sneakers.asp
